Please tell me how to use lazy load grid "sort", "comboFilter"

As it is mentioned here:

The add , remove , copy , move , update , changeId , sort and filter methods of Data Collection will not work until all data are loaded into Grid.

I have a question. Grid "Filter", "Sort"
