This demo shows problems with the tabbar's getNumberOfTabs() function in version 4.0.2 of DHTMLX. It seems to consistently claim there is one more tab than actually exists; furthermore, after deleting
a tab, there seems to be a noticable delay (between 150-200 ms) between when the tab is closed and when the return value of getNumberOfTabs() is updated. You can add and remove tabs, or simply check
the number of tabs by using the buttons below. After each button click, the count shown at the bottom of this column will automatically update. There is a delay between when the "Delete Selected Tab"
button is clicked and when the count updates; you may adjust that delay by entering a new delay time (in milliseconds) in the input box below. Negative numbers will be interpreted using the number's absolute value.
