connector_xxx_filter not work without connector.js

The properly working server-side filter with smart rendering and dynamic loading now doesn’t work when I use the single-file version of dhtmlx.js, until I add the connector.js(previous version) after it.

Issue was fixed in dhtmlx 4.1, where above xml will work always, without need to include connector.js
