01 Feb 2013 won't work in dhtmlxCalender on grid?

I have a grid with the date ‘01/02/2013’ in a dhxCalendar field but when you click on the field the calender goes to date ‘01/03/21013’ i.e. March?

This is easily replicated on a test page, see attached image and sample code below.

Any ideas?
