500 Internal Server Error DHX 3.5 datastore.js / htaccess

Hello,
My configuration is Apache+MySQL and I try to use the new version 3.5 instead of dhx 3.0 but a error appear with datastore.js : “500 Internal Server Error”
In Apache error log the message is :

In dhtmlx3.5 bundle

there is an .htaccess file is it necessary ?

Please remove unnecessary .htaccess file, it was added to the package by mistake ( we will update online packages in nearest time )

[code]Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
