Add Custom Button to Paging Bar

Hi,

Is it possible to define custom buttons in the paging bar of a grid.

I would like to add an insert row and delete row buttons and thought it would look better all in one bar rather than having a paging bar and a toolbar.

Alternativley can the paging bar be added to a tool bar?
