Add Second at the Details form Time Period

I want add “Second” select box, at the Detail form Time Period, either start, end time.

It’s possible?

but, my question’s not solution.
I attach image file.
Mark the red line, “Sec”.
I want there add “sec” select list.

The line with time picker controls defines as part of
scheduler.form_blocks.time
And it can be modified only by changes in dhtmlxscheduler.js

You can check debug version of js files ( it will be around line 3250 ) - you will need to alter render method, which defines HTML of the control
