Adding indication that a window has more scrollable content

Hi all,

I’ve been asked if I can add some indication that a window (with a large grid inside it) has scrollable content, i.e. some small down / up arrows that disappear when you hit the bottom / top of the content.

Any ideas on how I can do this?

Unfortunately, it seems that there is no simple way to add such functionality.
