Adding new buttons

Hi,

Is there a way to add new buttons (for each file) next to the button remove a file ?
I need to have a new button to replace a file still uploaded.

Here is an exemple :

Here is my need :
I need to have the possibility to modify a file uploaded by another.
By modification I understand the deletion of a selected file and the upload of a new file.
