Admin help with KB Attachement?

I found an interesting post here in this forum which refers to the older knowledge base (KB).

I can not load the attachement from

The KB says everything is now in the forum, but I cannot find the article in the forum.

Can an admin offer help?

Sorry, question is already obsolete. I found an answer in the online docs.
