am noobee :slight_smile: i like DHTML / Ajax.



i have downloaded the dhtmlsuite and extracted all the files to my web root directory.



I have working xampp.



by accessing the libCompiler/index.html & choosing the feature - suite full , clicking the generate button. i received a window pop up saying in progress - it also downloads the file before that to the directory called - get_files.php.



later the In Progress … screen does not do anything nothing happens…



does it take very long to generate the file or something is not responding not sure…



could you please guide me…

Please make sure if you are launching libCompiler/index.html file from http server.

Yes i have extracted the suite, completely to my Http : root directory…
and trying to execute it from there…

please assist me…

You should open libCompiler/index.html by following url:
localhost/libCompiler/index.html

I did, this… yes now atleast it say something is worng… thank you for the prompt response…

Please make sure that Apache service is running.

Yes the Xampp was not set use as service, i made it to run like a service . Even after that it fails.

You should open localhost/libCompiler/index.html, not file:///C:/Xampp/xampp/htdocs/libCompiler/index.html

Apache service must be running in that time.
