ASAP Task is not honouring the dependency when it has SNLT sibling task

Hi,

ASAP task is not honouring the dependency when it has SNLT task as sibling.

Please go through the above snippet.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add dependency from Task #3.1 to Task #4
- Task #4.1(ASAP) honouring the dependency
2. Add dependency from Task #2 to Task #3.1
- Task #4.1(ASAP) not honouring the dependency
it looks bug in the gantt auto scheduling.

When we add dependency second time ASAP task is not honouring the dependency,
