attachEvent like onXScaleClick for Second Scale in TimeLine

Hi,
In the timeline view is there a similar event to the onXScaleClick but for the second scale?

I have three scales set up in my time line, and I want to jump between the views by clicking on the x scale or second scale bars.

i.e. in the month scale for the timeline the second scale is the week, so clicking on the fourth visible week I would want to jump to the week view for that week, while the x scale is in days and will jump to the single day scale for that day.
