I am using V2.0 and have trouble attaching a Tree to a Layout when using FireFox (3.5.7). If I access the same sample on your web site, it works OK. Was there a bug fix for this between V2.0 and V2.5?
There were changes in layout component. So try to use the latest version of this component.
