Hello,
As my title suggests, I used autoHeight and htmlEnable in 9.3.2 pro, as shown in the following example
I found that I cannot calculate the height correctly
Is this a bug? Because this feature is very important, I hope to make the table display more rich and beautiful.
Is there any other feasible alternative solution? For example, select and obtain the height of the elements within the row to calculate the maximum, and then dynamically set the row height.
Or can the rowHeight method support Functions so that I can retrieve each row and return the required height based on my own data?
I am looking forward to your prompt response
Thanks
It’s a known behavior that relates to the current logic of autoHeight calculation, which counts only content and excludes HTML from calculations:
Unfortunately, there is no good approach that will help to avoid “miscalculation” for autoHeight + htmlEnable case.
The feature of more precise height calculation stays in future plans, unfortunately, there is no ETA.
I will notify you of any updates on this matter.
Warm regards,
