calendar in form - change week start day

I was trying to figure out how to change the week start day when using a calendar within a form, where the form is loading through xml. I was looking through the documentation and cannot seem to find a way to do this. Is this possible to do? If so, what is the syntax?

or also you can use attached file and “weekStart” option/attribute name
