Can I assign hot keys to form buttons?

I wanted to assign hot keys to my forms.

Ex.

My form has buttons: Add and Cancel

For Add - keyboard shortcut A (dec equiv. 65)
Cancel - keyboard shortcut C (dec equiv. 67)

Is this possible?
