Can we add additional fields in the event

Can we add additional fields in the event. By default only start time, end time and location shows up on scheduler. I want to add some custom fields in that. How can i do this?

Of course.
Id, text, start_date and end_date are Mandatory properties. In addition, you can add any custom properties to data items
