Can't get serialize data from gantt chart after export

Hi,

I’m using the purchased gantt chart and using export functionality there. The export chart working fine. But after triggering export, the gantt.serialize(‘json’) returns error. So I can’t get the chart data. Kindly check this issue

sorry for the inconvenience. The bug must be fixed by now, i was able to call gantt.serialize after clicking the export

The fix is done from the side of an export script, so if you use online export service- you not need to change anything. If you’ve obtained a standalone version of the export - please open a ticket in support system to get a fix
