When cell has minHeight setted and is collapsed, then its content is not visible, but cell takes minHeight of screen.

We have fixed your reported problem in the latest dhx.Suite udpate (v.7.3.4).
Now the collapsed cell should display correctly with the defined minHeight/minWidth property.
Please, try to download the latest available dhx.Suite build from your client’s area to get that fix.
