I have some custom reporting for one client, and one user is not getting checkboxes in a combo box. She uses IE8, and I am running dhtmlx version 2.5. I have searched but found no resources listing browser settings that would be incompatible with dhtmlx, and I cannot contact the user directly to go through her browser settings.
Are there any known settings which may be causing this?
