Contact Manager Application

Very new to this and just learning;

I have followed the step by step instructions as well as downloading the files.

In both cases everything works fine; however If I update an e-mail address in the contact manager application form window the grid never updates and the database never updates. If I update any other field the database does not update.

I am able to create new records with the add button as well as delete records.

Any thoughts as to what might be wrong.

Solved my own problem;

somehow when I built the xml file for the form. I managed to screw it up.

is the correct line for the submit button

i had

note the x before command. This screws up the reference to the function that updates the grid and database.
