I am trying to build the contact manager as described in your tutorial.
I am on the page where I am adding the menu and I see the menu bar but the icons for File, Edit, and Help are not displaying.
Should I have an Icons directory from unzipping the dhtm zip install file?

dhtmlx library itself doesn’t contain predefined icons for menus and toolabars ( there are some in samples folders , but they are just part of related samples )
You can download

which contains “contact manager” app and has “icons” folder which is mentioned in the tutorial.
