Context Menu with Grouping

If I have a grid with Grouping and a Context Menu, how can I tell whether a ‘Group Header’ row has been right clicked or a ‘Detail’ row. I want to show different menu options based on whether the Header row is clicked or the Detail.

P.S. I have noticed that even though I have ‘Notify me when a reply is posted’ no emails are coming to me. Has this functionality been switched off?

Unfortunately it’s not available to catch a clicking on a group row.
