Cursor flickers when I expand or collapse the groups in grid

I have 94 records within 13 groups in the grid. Every time I call the collapseAllGroups or expandAllGroups function , my cursor change to hour glass and change back quickly , and keep on flickering for dosens of times . It’s a bit anoying . Can anyone help me on how to fix this , thank you.
