Cut from Visual Designer

I’m working with the Desktop version of the Visual Designer. Is it possible to enable the ability to cut code from there for pasting into a runnable page, similar to what’s possible in the online version?

Hi, code doesn’t get copied to clipboard from the code view, but you can select code from there and drag and drop it into the text editor.
or you can use menu->saveAs
