dataview with form

Hi, I am using suit 36 pro. How can I attach a dataview into the form?
I tried with a container and then attach a dataview doing:
dv20 = new dhtmlXDataView({
container: “form_container”,
type:{
template:"#Package# : #Version#
#Maintainer#",
width:50,
height:50,
margin:5,
padding:5
}
but it doesn’t work. Thanks!

Could you please provide us complete demo including all correspondnig js/css files?
Please also add information regarding current and expected behaviour.
