dhmltxPopup with Toolbar

Hi,
I downloaded the new feature from dhtmlx 3.6 Popup and Chart
I m trying to add a simple dhtmlxPopup on a toolbar button and the popup just dont show. Look my code.

var baddPop = new dhtmlXPopup({
toolbar: toolbar,
id: “ADICIONAR”
});

baddPop.attachHTML(“Adicione uma Jornada Semanal ao Turno.”);

alert(baddPop.isVisible());[/code]

The alert always brings me false. This should be easy.
Can anyone help me?
