In our frame work when we used xsl then mygrid.cells().getValue() validate the values,but now we changed xsl to jsp than validation is not working if we enter some character in between numerical values.

While loaded data is the same, there must not be any difference in client side logic in case of xsl or jsp based datasource.
Please provide a snippet of js code, which works incorrectly in your case.
