Dear Sir,
We are able to add an event to the scheduler, but this event disappears when we reload the scheduler. The event is also not added to events.xml file.
Maybe we are doing something wrong.
Can you please give us the setup instructions?
If you are using static XML file as data source - it will not be updated with new events ( it can be used only to show static data )
You need to use a solution with DB and server side scripts
PHP based solution is included in scheduler package
.Net based solution can be checked as part of connector.Net package - dhtmlx.com/docs/download/dhtmlxConnector_net.zip
