Dhtmlx-Error Response: User hasnt rights for data storage

Hi all,

I have just encountered an issue.
Please help.
“export.dhtmlx.com/gantt” returns post response error “Dhtmlx-Error: User hasnt rights for data storage”.

I have two servers with the same code sets.
The other server’s request to “export.dhtmlx.com/gantt” is returned successful. But the other server’s request to “export.dhtmlx.com/gantt” returns the error “Dhtmlx-Error: User hasnt rights for data storage”.

Hi, there was a one-year subscription for the domain cms.abcg.com.au, that has expired on 8/6/2015, as results plan was switched to the Free Plan. That is why storing-files-online doesn’t work anymore for that domain.
