Hello,
I have some issues with scale for “Russian Standard Time” timezone
OS: windows 8.1
timezone: “Russian Standard Time” (you can change it by cmd tzutil /s “Russian Standard Time”)
If I chnage local to ‘tzutil /s “Central America Standard Time”’. Example works fine.
