Lin, you can use the Standard Edition of the DHTMLX components for free under GNU GPL v2:
gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html
If you want to use the DHTMLX components in a non-open source, non-GPLed projects/applications, you need to buy a Commercial or Enterprise License. Please find the licensing and pricing info here:
dhtmlx.com/docs/products/licenses.shtml
Usually we do not provide a discount for non-profit organizations.
