Dhtmlx multiselection not working in specific scenario

Hi All,
Here I am facing one issue regarding dhtmlx multiselection

steps:

  1. select the first row.
  2. hold shift key pressed and scroll till the last row which is not in users viewport,
  3. then select the last key

here , expected is, all the rows between should got selected,
I have enabled smart Rendering , and is working, for small set of row selection,

How can we fix this?

Unfortunately only the rendered rows can be selected. In case of the smartRendering mode you render only the visible rows, In this case I can only suggest you to disable the smart rendering mode in your grid.
