Dhtmlx4.0 is not working "onPanelResizeFinish" on ie 11

Dear Dhtmlx team

I use layout of Dhtmlx and “onPanelResizeFinish” event.

Chrome is working well but ie 11 is not working.

I have done test complete sample on ie 11.

Still does not working.
