DHTMLxEditor scroll not working on iPAD iOS7.0.3 and onwards

Hi,

I am using dhtmlxeditor in project to enter formatted text.
Its working perfectly file on iPAD with iOS 6.0, iOS 7.0.2.
But it is incompatible with iOS 7.0.3, iOS 7.0.4.
Scrolling for editor is not working after loading.

Need your help.
Its urgent.
