Dhtmlxeditor scrolling is not working in iOS 7.0.3, iOS 7.04

Hi,

I am using dhtmlxeditor in project to enter formatted text.
Its working perfectly file on iPAD with iOS 6.0, iOS 7.0.2.
But it is incompatible with iOS 7.0.3, iOS 7.0.4.
Scrolling for editor is not working after loading.

Need your help.
Its urgent.

Dear Team,

Use below DHTMLx editor URL for demo.
dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dht … ndex.shtml

This demo is available on dhtmlx site only.

Please follow below steps -

  1. Open above URL in Safari browser on iPAD with iOS version 7.0.4.
  2. After page load try to scroll dhtmlxEditor area.
  3. Vertical scroll doesn’t work. This is the issue.
  4. Try to scroll Horizontally in dhtmlxEditor area.
  5. Horizontal scroll works properly.
  6. Then in browser open another tab and again come back to DHTMLxEditor page.
  7. Vertical scroll starts working.

This is the issue with latest iOS 7.0.3 and 7.0.4 version.
Please look into it and revert ASAP.

Thank you for information.
Locally this sample on this OS conditions works fine.
This problem occurs only for demo on the dhtmlx.com and must not occurs for other samples.

Hi,

Same issue is there for other samples also.
Same code we have implemented in our application.
And same issue we are facing.
With iOS 7.1 beta neither Vertical nor Horizontal scroll works.

Please look into it ASAP.

We can’t reproduce it locally.
