dhtmlxForm won't populate in IE11 even after hotfix

My dhtmlxForm won’t prepopulate with dhtmlxconnector only in IE 11. It works fine in IE8,9,10, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

I installed the hotfix thinking this would fix the issue, but it hasn’t seemed to help. I have upgraded dhtmlxForm to the most recent version, and as I mentioned I have installed the hotfix.

Once you are logged in, click the ‘options’ tab. It is populated properly in other browsers, but it comes up all blank in IE11

Well, that is even more puzzling…

I have had several people complain about this, but here is a screen shot on my computer - Windows 8.1? Could that make a difference?
