DHTMLXGRID issue at Customer Site

Hi,
We host an online stock application that utilises the “Export to Excel/PDF” grid controls as an online service. We have hundreds of customers who utilise this control day in, day out with no issues. One customer however has an issue in that every time they click the excel or pdf icons they get the following message. They are running Windows 7.0 & IE11.

Error: HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL

This customer has only got Third Party IT support and we have no access to their systems. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or can anyone share any thoughts on what their issue could be.

Any help I can give to this customer would be welcome.

Many thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the issue cannot be reproduced locally.
If the problem still occurs for you pleas,e provide with a demo link, where the problem can be reproduced.

Hi Sematik,
Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this. This is ONLY happening at one of our external customer site. We have no access to their systems. All we know is that they are on Win7.0 and run IE11 and when they attempt to download, they get the error :

Error: HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL

I would like some advice on what may cause this when attempting this operation.

Thanks

Unfortunately the reason of such issue is not clear.
It would help if you could provide with a demo link to your problematic project so it is able to check it.

This is not a project. It is a LIVE application that works for 99.99% of external users. One user in 1200 is having an issue and we are attempting to assist them in fixing the issues with the configuration of their Network, PC or Browser.

If I provide a Link to you it will work. I will not publish connections into our Network on a public forum, be they Test or otherwise.

If no one can suggest a reason why, then I guess we need to leave it to their IT Support to address.

Thanks,

Hi All,
We now have another customer reporting the same thing. One PC at their site can access and download the Grid, another cannot.

If anyone can please advise any PC Settings that may affect the downloads then I would be most grateful.

This is NOT an application issue. This is a REMOTE PC issue.

Both PC’s are running under Windows 7.0 and are utilising IE11.

If anyone could advise what to look for I would be most obliged.
