dhtmlxgrid with paging (toolbar)

I tried the bricks skin it works; but when I try the toolbar skin, I do not see any paging displays
here is my code let me know where I am making mistake

Make sure that you have added the following libraries to your code:

it is better now; I can see the icons for page scroll
but they are not like a tool bar;
I do not see a drop down box for number of number of records; here is the display
