Is it possible to change the style (specifically background color) of the setText and collapse/expand control symbol/area?
The layout styles are defined in the dhtmlxlayout_dhx_blue.css and dhtmlxlayout_dhx_black.css depending on the used skin.
You can provide us the screenshot, where it is shown what styles do you want to change.
