Dhtmlxmenu loads very slow in Internet explorer

Hi,

I installed dhtmlxmenu 4.0.3, and it loads very slow in Internet explorer.
I also tried dhtmlxmenu 4.1.2, but it makes no difference.
Is there a way too speed this up?

In firefox the menu loads very fast.

The old menu (version 3.0) loads faster than the 4.0.3 or 4.1.2 version in Internet Explorer.

Ok I found the problem while making the demo.
I’m also using the prototype library (prototypejs.org) on that page. When I disable this library, the menu loads fast!
