I am using dhtmlxscheduler its not woring correctly in IE8 tats time bar is not proprly display see in attached img. please help for this its urgent

I can not confirm this issue.
Can you please open one of the standard samples (for example, scheduler\samples\01_initialization_loading\01_basic_init.html) and check if time scale is displayed correctly?
If so be sure to check all customization you have made on your page which could affect time scale rendering.
