dhtmlxSlider 4.0 Not Linking to Select Box

Hello,

I have been updating the dhtmlxSlider from version 3.6 to version 4.0 on my website and have noticed that in the most recent version, the linkTo method does not work with an HTML select box. Now when I try to link to a select box id, the select box and its drop down menu are empty on the web page. This was working fine for me in version 3.6 and linkTo still works for an input box in the version 4.0. Has anyone else had this problem?
