I noticed that the toolbar has a bug when a dtd is defined in the DOCTYPE of the HTML page.
for example with :
images are not clickable
whereas with :
(as in your samples provided) it works.
in my case i have to use loose.dtd, so… how to make it work?

The problem can’t be reconstructed with latest codebase ( please check attached sample )
Some older version really has a problem with styling in case of full doctype usage , but it fixed in latest version for sure.
