dhtmlxVault, SSL and HIPAA Requirements

A new client wants to use dhtmlxVault and so I have tested it. Works fine.

But is it SSL & HIPAA Compliant? (With HTTPS?)

Also, can Vault’s file sending be encrypted for security?

And what of the other dhtmlx Family, such as dhtmlxAjax, dtmlXMLLoaderObject and dataProcessor?

All components can work in HTTPS mode ( if page was loaded by https, all data operation will use https as well
