dhtmlxwindows resize from TOP

Hallo to all,

i have the the suite version:
dhtmlxSuite 2009 Rel.2 (DHTMLX 2.5) Professional edition build 91111

Is it possible to activate on the dhtmlxwindows the possibility to resize the windows even on the top border?

With my version i can do it only with left, right and botton border.

Unfortunately, it is impossible with the 2.6 version too.
