Dhx_view dhx_list_item

The following image has the HTML Markup for a portion of the Visual Designer. It seems to use a Scroll View and Items as the source but I can find no DHTMLX component that seems to offer these capabilities. How would someone achieve this type of view easily using the DHTMLX suite of capabilities?

Visual designer uses dhtmlx.touch as a base, and dhtmlx.touch have scroll view and list components.
