dhxSheet Copy&Paste is not working in InternetExplorer8,10 ?

I tried Copy & Paste Excel in Internet Explorer 8,10
Text to dhtmlxSpreadsheet is not working.
But
Internet Explorer11 or other WEB Browser(Chrome,Firefox) is possible

I know for some reason does not operate?
