Difference Between jqgrid and dhtmlxGrid

Hi,

Before moving to DHTMLX i need the difference b/n jqgrid and dhtmlxGrid.
It will really help me.

I beleive that dhtmlxGrid has a wider set of features ( all features mentioned in jqGrid has equal in dhtmlxgrid, but some features of dhtmlxGrid - such as split mode, complex header and footers, java backend - have not their equals in jqGrid. )
